Genevieve (Gen) is a Marketing & Communications Specialist with a proven track record working across retail, consumer goods, packaging, fashion, as well as global brands and property sectors for over five years.
Her passion lies in brand building, digital marketing, creative, and fostering brand-aligned partnerships that deliver meaningful outcomes.
Gen’s leadership at HEAT. is underpinned by energy, innovative thinking, and a relentless passion for delivering impactful marketing and communications solutions that achieve business objectives.
With extensive experience in end-to-end campaign management, brand development, creative direction and communications, Gen brings a dynamic and people-focused approach to every project.
For over five years, Gen has worked with a diverse range of B2B and B2C brands across Australia, New Zealand and global markets.
She has led new product and iconic brand launches, delivered major campaigns, managed multi-million dollar tender submissions, serviced global brands such as McDonald’s, Hungry Jack’s, and KFC, and developed strategic brand partnerships with Bunnings Warehouse, Melbourne United Basketball Club, Grow It Local and The Block (2025).
This depth of experience and a passion for purpose-led marketing inspired Gen to create HEAT. – a brand marketing agency that exists to activate brand transformation.
